  Mungo Leitch was born 1892 on the homestead in Mosa Township. He took over the farm from his father and lived there most of his life untile 1977 when he and his wife exchanged the farm for the residence of their son, Bruce and his wife Donna, in the Village of Glencoe. Mungo married the former Monta Alteka Anderson (born 1900) in 1926 and they now life in Glenco. Mungo served 14 years as concillor and Reeve of Mosa Township. He was Warden of Middlesex in 1950, served 60 years on the Glencoe Fari Baoard and received the Centenial Medal from the Federal Govenment in 1967. At age 87 Mungo is compiling the Letich Family Tree (1980).
